The dictionary will tell you it's the marketing practice of creating a name, symbol, or design that identifies and differentiates a product from other products. But myself and many others will tell you it is so much more. It's a feeling. It's a vibe. It's trust between you and your customers/clients. It's strategy. It's the way you stand out in the crowd. It's what makes you, YOU.

DESIGN PROCESS
STEP 1. DISCOVERY
After you apply to be a new design client, we will set up a 30 minute complimentary call OR we can opt to do an in-depth questionnaire. I know time is hard to come by these days so I offer both forms of communication. NOTE: I currently only take client meetings on Mondays. If that is not a good day. we can always go the questionnaire route.
STEP 2. DESIGN
The design process and timeline begin once the first invoice is paid. Projects must be completed within the contracted timeframe. We are very strict on deadlines, and we pride ourselves on reasonable turnaround times and QUALITY work. You will be seeing the designs throughout the entire process, and be very hands-on with input in the process.
STEP 3. DELIVERY
Once the project is completed, you will receive all of your final files in a google drive link. From here you can download them all to your device (as i only keep the files online for 30 days.) You will also receive an exit packet from me with all the details you need to know about your new brand. SNEAK: You will also get a referral credit to use on future design projects :)
